  1. If you  haven't already done so, please open a NEW tab and sign into Canvas on that tab too.
  2. Open one of your own classes in that tab. You will navigate back and forth between these two tabs.
  3. Click back to this training page, watch the video
    • Switch to your class tab during the practice time.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO STOP THE VIDEO WHEN YOU SWITCH TABS as it contains the timer that will indicate when you should come back to this page. 
  4. When you have completed all of the practice, please scroll down and indicate  each skill you can do..
